Взаимодействие в сфере международной безопасности является одним из приоритетных направлений стратегического партнерства России и ЕС. В рам- ках инструмента Общей внешней политики и политики безопасности Евросоюз аккумулировал востребованный потенциал кризисного урегулирования, в рам- ках которого сегодня реализуется тринадцать миссий во всем мире. Повышение роли многосторонних миротворческих операций в последние десять лет создало предпосылки для углубления взаимодействия России и ЕС в сфере международной безопасности. Принципы и география возможных совместных действий России и ЕС в этой сфере стали предметом настоящего исследования.
