Ирано-израильские отношения остаются ключевым фактором на про- странстве регионов Ближнего и Среднего Востока, оказывающими непосредст- венное влияние на ситуацию в сфере их безопасности. В статье рассматрива- ются причины нынешнего обострения отношений между этими государствами, имея в виду прежде всего реализуемую Ираном ядерную программу. Автор анали- зирует перспективы дальнейшего развития ситуации, отмечая, что имеющее место усиление враждебной риторики между руководителями Ирана и Израиля используется ими для решения ряда внешнеполитических и внутриполитиче- ских задач.
