В настоящей статье рассматривается мировой опыт теоретического осмысления транснационализации фирм и история интернационализации не- которых стран. В эпоху глобального развития и стирания экономических границ вопрос повышения конкурентоспособности национальных компаний и успешное их функционирование на мировых рынках является ключевым и определяет место и роль страны в мировых хозяйственных отношениях.
