Данная статья посвящена анализу проблем оказания содействия междуна- родному развитию. На основе анализа понятия эффективности помощи, выде- ления различных категорий доноров, оценки механизмов их координации сделана попытка привести к «общему знаменателю» существующее множество теорети- ческих концепций оказания международной помощи. В статье также предложены практические рекомендации по механизмам распределения российской помощи международному развитию .
