В статье рассматривается борьба с преступностью и охрана флоры и фа- уны от незаконного оборота. Исследуются существующие международно-пра- вовые документы, в том числе Конвенция о международной торговле видами дикой фауны и флоры, находящимися под угрозой исчезновения (СИТЕС) 1973 г. и национальное уголовное законодательство различных стран, в том числе США, Великобритании, Германии, Новой Зеландии, ОАЭ. Говорится о необходимости единообразного подхода и сближения законодательства разных стран для со- хранения живой природы.
