В статье предпринимается попытка выделить отличительные особенности защиты интересов бизнеса, связанные со спецификой процесса принятия решений в ЕС и разработкой открытого метода координации. В статье представлены критерии, которым на практике должны соответствовать группы интересов для того, чтобы иметь возможность эффективно сотрудничать с органами ЕС.
