Настоящее исследование состоит из трех разделов. Во-первых, дано определение индикативного анализа, изучены теоретические модели подхода к измерению индикаторов в процессе изменений. Из доступных источников и кейсов выделены 56 основных индикаторов, характеризующих индексы развития человеческого ка- питала. На их основе составлена анкета. Во-вторых, проведен опрос выпускников программы МВА Школы ИТ-менеджмента с просьбой ранжировать индикаторы, которым они отдают предпочтение при приеме сотрудников на работу. В-тре- тьих, выявлены 10 наиболее важных, с точки зрения работодателей, индикаторов развития человеческого капитала в высокотехнологичных отраслях экономики России. Рассмотрены также основные требования к потенциальному платфор- менному программному обеспечению для проведения индикативного анализа. Рассмотрены спорные вопросы гармонизации международных и региональных под- ходов в измерении различных индексов, используемых в ранжировании стран.
