В работе уточняется понятие акторности государства в мировой политике с помощью теории структурации и трансформационной модели социального действия. В акторности государства выделяется три составляющие: актор, нор- мативная система и власть. В статье рассматривается специфика акторности различных типов государств (государство модерна, постмодерна и премодерна) и особенности их участия в современной мировой экономике, характеризуемой неолиберализмом и рыночно-охранительным федерализмом
