Аннотация
Право на свободу слова в демократическом обществе не может существо- вать отдельно от других прав и интересов. Право каждого человека на защиту своего достоинства и репутации также представляется важным. Публикация диффамационных сообщений представляет собой конфликт этих прав. На приме- ре правоприменительной практики судов США и Великобритании в этой статье продемонстрировано, каким образом конфликт этих прав разрешается
